Skill building for All!

 

The call is going out!   We are asking you to commit to building skill in resolving conflict.  Set your sight on the level appropriate to your life, organization and circumstances:  COMMITTED, CONFIRMED or COMMISSIONED.  If you would like to participate in a formal training process to move from where you are today to a Commissioned Resolver of Conflict, fill out the Contact Form.   

Committed

As a person committed to increasing your skill in conflict resolution, you will take deliberate steps.

The steps you can take range from working to better understand the principles of conflict resoultion to formal training.   For self study to increase your knowledge and understanding, check out the recommended Resources.  

You will gain skill as you apply what you learn to circumstances you and/or your organizaton face.  For more information, check Resources

Confirmed

Those committed to building skill who demonstrate success will be confirmed by those around you.   This may be informal in that you will be aked to assist in resolving conflct.   

This may be formal by your oranization, fellowship or informal group designating you as a person to go to for help in resolving conflict

A person who aquires skill has a valuable  trust.   Part of stewarding a trust is passing it on to others.  For more information on gaining and passing on skill, email us!

Commissioned

 

You can become a recognized and commissioned skill builder.  This is for those who acquire knowledge of conflict resolution, work actively to build skill and focus on helping  other people learn to be skilled conflict resolvers.

A brief look at the organizations, marriages, families and friends around us should raise our awareness of the damage confict can cause.   It should be clear that we need more people who help in effective conflict resolution.  We need poople who can help equip others learn to be skilled conflict resolvers.  For more intormation on how you can be trained and commissioned, email us.
